Abstract
In this dissertation, I will be looking at the workings of an online community,
Wikipedia, and investigating whether and to what extent it is a learning community. I will be doing this by way of looking at the community’s way of working and looking at several instances of how both individual people and the organisation as a whole learn collectively, and will look particularly at conflict and the dispute resolution process as a microcosm of this model of learning.
